Even after 39 overs were played out, there was nothing to separate these two teams. Electrical needed 10 to win off 6 balls; CS was 1 wicket away from making the leap of Underdogs to Champions. Tension was thick in the air. After some frantic running around like headless chickens, the next 5 balls yielded 8 runs. Everything came down to the wire and this was as close as it could get. 2 NEEDED OFF 1 On strike was one of the most unlikeliest person you would recruit for the job. But we believed in him and he did not disappoint but made us all proud. And today, even after 9 years, he has proved it yet again. When it is "2 NEEDED OFF 1"
